If you are buying a cheap mobile phone, there are a few things which need to be considered prior to the purchase. The display of the phone should be bright. The resolution is not that important, you won’t a killer resolution on a cheap mobile phone anyways. However, the display should be good and icons, pictures and text should be easily readable. Verizon Wireless consumers are waiting for the release of HTC Touch Diamond. The Touch Diamond has various features and Verizon has added its services like EV-DO Rev and VZ Navigator. You will get microSD expansion slot with Touch Diamond unlike other two models. HTC Touch Diamond has three versions – unlocked version, Verizon version and Sprint Model. HTC Touch Diamond costs $299.99 with two-year contract. This cost is very high considering that this version is being old and its life cycle will end with the release of HTC Touch Diamond2. The cellular giant Nokia is launching phones in dozens. However, its first touch-screen mobile with gusto is Nokia 5800 Xpress Music that is a rival to Apple iPhone. The 5800 Xpress Music offers various multimedia features. Still its user-interface and inputs needs refinement to exploit the touch-screen technology fully. Until Nokia launches its Music Store in United States, the 5800 Xpress Music phone cannot deliver complete functionality like Apple iPhone with iTunes integration. The phone is available unlocked for $399. There are certain drawbacks of the 5800 phone that are not acceptable at such large price range. Nokia’s flagship model-N97 Mini is armed with long list of features and a touch-screen. The Nokia smartphone sports nice specifications like a 3.2-inch touch screen, full QWERTY keyboard, 3G HSDPA support, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, 5-mega pixel camera and support for microSDHC cards up to 16GB. But these features still don’t save the Nokia’s sinking ship. The N97 Mini has a poor performance and the user interface too is not that good. Nokia N97 Mini comes unlocked at $470. The performance has been improved as compared to its predecessors. Nokia is equipped with similar traditional features, its user interface is still frustrating and confusing. We have always been fans of Nokia products, they make a large variety of handsets from basic entry level ones to high end smartphones. They rarely disappoint in quality and hence we pounced on the Nokia 5800 when the manufacturer gave it to us for GSM cell phones review. Nokia is one of the leading mobile manufacturers. The company has made different mobiles suiting to different people around the world. In the past few years, Nokia has rarely produced the clamshell form handset, Nokia has launched Nokia 2720 Fold in the same range.  FM Radio, Bluetooth, video recording and a music player are some of the features of Nokia 2720. Nokia 2720 Fold has a very sleek and stylish design. The phone is very light and pocket-friendly too. Front face of phone acts as a mirror. There is endless number of smudges on the plastic coat of the phone. The Fold flips easily and it gives a thick hinge. 1.36-inch black and white external display shows keypad lock status, date/time and caller ID; however, it does not show a photo. Recently it also ventured in to the touch screen market with its 5800 Xpress Music phone. We got the Nokia 2320 in our test centers, which is a basic phone just for calling and sending text messages. The handset costs $29 without any contract obligations. The display of the phone measures 1.75 inches and has a resolution of 160x128 pixels. We weren’t much fond of the tiny display, the graphics weren’t sharp, but colors looked vibrant. You can change font size and color and the menu icons can be changed from list to grid style.
